  The CPCA 2003 Clinic Fact Book is now offered on CD-ROM in both Excel and PDF format, and includes information from nearly 800 community clinics and health centers in California. Aggregated data is available at the State, County, Senate District, Assembly District, Congressional District, and Clinic level. All data is drawn from the Annual Utilization Reports submitted by these clinics and health centers to the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).
