CORC - Cardiac On-Line Reporting for California

CORC is OSHPD’s secure internet Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) data collection system. CORC was developed to assist California hospitals with the mandate to report CABG surgeries to CCORP (California CABG Outcomes Reporting Program).

CORC AVAILABLILITY

Computer-Based Training (CBT) is available beginning October 26, 2009.

The system is NOT OPEN for CABG data submissions. Please check here frequently for updates.

Regulatory Update: Updates to current regulations are being reviewed by the California State Office of Administrative Law (OAL).
